Listed below are the policies implemented by Worksafe B.C. and Mountain Rose Parlour to ensure smooth operation of our business, proper safety precautions and good health to our staff and clientele.  We thank you for all of your support, patience and cooperation.

• All staff and clients refrain from visits if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, we will happily help you re-book your appointment.

• Please arrive alone, no friends or family will be permitted during services. Everyone will be required to wait outside, we will invite you in when your appointment is about to start. 

• Please leave all personal items at home or in your car. Everything else will be required to be placed in your lap during the service.

• Masks must be worn at all times, if you do not have one we can provide you with one.

• Everyone is required to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering the parlour. 

• We encourage and appreciate contactless payments such as tap credit and debit cards.

• Please respect a 2m distance from staff and other clients while in the parlour.

We have also implemented new cleaning and disinfecting rituals before, after and during client visits. These require us to take some extra time between visits so please be patient. Now let us fix your hair.
